D--Sole source with Medris Data Corporation

The Network 22 Contracting Activity (NCA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with Far Part 13 with iMEDRES Data Corporation under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for the purchase of iRIS Softwares: 1) Integrated Review Board - IRB Assistant Module, is a web-based, IRB module giving the site the ability to approve projects, generates IRB numbers. IRB assistant provides functionality to run electronic IRB-only meetings, member reviews, votes or generate meeting minutes. 2) IACUC Assistant, to manage all aspects of IACUC review board. Generate outcome letters, meeting minutes, stipulations, vote, member attendance and reviewer assignments. List management includes species categories, room/lab locations and training requirements. 3) IBC Assistant, manages all aspect of Biosafety review board. Configure module to post outcome directly to other integrated review boards as the IRB and/or IACUC. 4) Radiation Safety Assistant, manage all aspects of Radiation Safety board. Generates letters, meeting minutes, stipulations, vote, member attendance and reviewer assignments. Configure module to post outcome directly to other integrated review boards and reviewer checklist. 5) Scientific Review Assistant, manage all aspects of Scientific review board. Generate letters, meeting minutes, stipulations, vote, member attendance and reviewer assignments configure module to post outcome directly to other integrated review boards and reviewer checklist. 6) Data Conversion 7) Miscellaneous options, Configuration Support, Onsite Training, Software Escrow Account. This procurement includes licenses, system integration fee, insurance, shipping and handling, and on-site installation and training. The system must be compatible with the current VISTA system.
