The services include direct telephone switch maintenance, parts and material ordering, system enhancements, remote diagnostics, coordination with NT Emergency Technical Assistance Service (ETAS) for emerg ency support; software support; publications updates from NT Helmsmen and NT Internet sites, the contractor shall supply the Northern Telecom (NT) Helmsmen software that is critical to analyze NTs telephone switch systems; ISDN applications; ATM Applicati ons; weekly telephone switch programming classes and Logistical Service support.
