Dagama and Sun Chase Lift Station Rehabilitations

The project consists of the rehabilitation of two lift stations: Dagama Lift Station and Sun Chase Park Lift Station. Rehabilitation of Dagama Lift Station entails replacement of the onsite generator, wet well riser pipes, plug valves, swing check valves, an air release valve, submersible pumps, and the existing control panel. It also involves the installation of wet well fall protection, a cable holder, fence extension, a valve vault drain with a p-trap, additional electrical equipment, and an equipment slab, blasting and recoating of the interior of the wet well and the riser pipes inside the valve vault, rerouting the air release valve piping, cutting and replacing loose asphalt in the driveway, and bypass pumping. Rehabilitation of Sun Chase Park Lift Station entails installation of two cast-in-place base manholes, a bypass tee manhole, two sets of additional riser pipe supports, additional electrical equipment, and an equipment slab, and replacement of the submersible pumps, control panel, swing check valves, plug valves, an air release valve, a flap valve, existing riser pipe supports, and wet well guide rails. It also entails blasting and recoating the interior of the wet well, riser pipes within the wet well, riser pipes within the valve vault, and the covers for both the valve vault and wet well, rerouting air release valve piping, cleaning out and disposing of sand and sludge from the lift station, and bypass pumping.
