This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.  It is neither a solicitation announcement, nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. This posting is strictly for Market Research only.


Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified businesses interested in and capable of providing the requested commodities.


The NAICS Code is 333415; Size standard is 1,250 employees; PSC is 4130.

Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name  b) address (c) socio-economic status, (d) point of contact (e) phone, fax, and email (f) SAM UEI number (g) Cage Code  (h) Tax ID Number (i) and must  provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor and provide the commodities described below.  


BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVE:


The Tomah VAMC, Facility Services is requesting a replacement condensing unit called, “Daikin Variable Refrigerant Volume Outdoor Units, Model# REYQ-120AATJB” - Brand name only purchase and specification and per the cost estimate submitted need to be procured as an exact match. Any other models or assumed equivalents may not be proven to be suitable and cause an undo length outage. Installation will be required by local staff with No additional training. Not emergent, but special due to presentation and outages being incurred of existing units. The product is needed as soon as possible, eminent failure.  This requested Brand Name only end-product is not available on the GSA platform.


This order requires shipping and delivery to this FOB Destination. The following product is needed below:
