Full Description

Room 161, located at 5150 N. Maple Avenue, for the furnishing of all labor and materials for construction of the above-named Project, Project Number 190540127, for the California State University, Fresno. Proposals will be received in the above-mentioned room until 2:00 p.m. on September 26, 2024, in accordance with the contract documents, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read.
In general, the project consists of the installation of a 34,450 sq ft concrete slab at California State University, Fresno. The work includes site preparation, site utilities including trenching and backfill, concrete steel replacement and a new concrete slab.
Project shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Yamabe and Horn Architects as outlined in the bid documents and Contract General Conditions. The construction estimate for the project is $800,000.
