DEMOLITION OF THE CAMP HILL SQUARE APARTMENTS

Solicitation 2027-RFP-033 is a request for proposals issued by the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) for the demolition of the Camp Hill Square Apartments in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The project scope involves the removal of five apartment buildings containing 51 vacant dwelling units and a management office, including all above-grade structures, slabs, foundation walls, and footers.
