The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of supporting the delivery of RAPID-X and DARTS training exercises. These programs provide advanced instruction to Public Safety Bomb Technicians (PSBTs) and military EOD personnel on IED disruption tools and techniques developed through FBI-led Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) efforts.
