The Somerset Health and Social Care Training, Workforce Development and Innovation Open Framework is a strategic initiative managed by the Somerset NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of the Somerset Health and Care Academy. This joint venture between Somerset Council, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, and the NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board aims to create a scalable provider base for training and innovation services focused on system-wide workforce priorities and high-quality social care. The framework is structured into six functional lots, each with an estimated value of £1,000,000 excluding VAT, covering non-accredited training, accredited qualifications, leadership and management, integrated health and care training, digital and technology-enabled development, and education pathways including apprenticeships. The total estimated value of the framework is £5,000,000 excluding VAT, with a projected performance period of six years from March 12, 2027, to March 11, 2033, located in Somerset. Awards are based on quality and may be granted with or without competition. A key financial arrangement specifies that for every call-off contract, the Academy receives 35% of learner fees while the provider receives 65%. This solicitation issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of the Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, seeks to establish indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for data analytics solutions and services. The purpose is to provide a flexible, ongoing supply of these services to TIPS members, including public entities and qualifying non-profits across the nation, over a specified period. Since the contract is based on a "piggyback" model, participating entities can adopt the contract to meet their needs as they arise, without a fixed scope of work or project. The solicitation emphasizes continuity for current providers of data analytics services, requiring those holding an existing TIPS contract (specifically Contract 210404) to respond if they wish to maintain their contractual arrangement beyond its expiration, unless they already have a comprehensive current contract covering all their data analytics offerings. The solicitation, titled "Data Analytics, Solutions, and Services," was posted on April 4, 2024, with a response deadline of May 17, 2024. It is open to vendors who can supply data analytics services under NAICS code 611430. Respondents are encouraged to submit their proposals to ensure continued participation in the TIPS program, with the awarded contracts enabling providers to offer their services to a broad network of public and non-profit entities. The primary point of contact is through email at [email hidden], and additional details can be accessed via the provided online link.

This is a solicitation issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center.  It is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity ("IDIQ") solicitation.  It will result in contracts that provide, through adoption/"piggyback" an indefinite quantity of supplies/services, during a fixed period of time, to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit "TIPS Members" throughout the nation.  Thus, there is no specific project or scope of work to review.  Rather this solicitation is issued as a prospective award for utilization when any TIPS Member needs the goods or services offered during the life of the agreement.   IF YOU CURRENTLY HOLDS TIPS CONTRACT 210404 DATA ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES, YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION TO PREVENT LAPSE OF CONTRACT UNLESS YOU HOLD ANOTHER CURRENT TIPS CONTRACT THAT COVERS ALL OF YOUR DATA ANALYTIC SERVICE OFFERINGS.  THIS AWARDED CONTRACT WILL REPLACE YOUR EXPIRING TIPS CONTRACT 210404.    IF YOU HOLD ANOTHER TIPS CONTRACT OTHER THAN 210404  WHICH COVERS ALL OF YOUR DATA ANALYTIC SERVICE OFFERINGS AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH IT, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION UNLESS YOU PREFER TO HOLD BOTH CONTRACTS.
