To provide the required training and data analysis activities as outlined in the Interagency Agreement (IA) RFP. The applicant shall be responsible for providing expertise through training and consultation activities to assist BHA in implementing quality evidence-based practices throughout Maryland’s Public Behavioral Health System. The applicantwill be responsible for providing consultation, technical assistance, and other evaluation activities to support BHA in employing a continuous quality improvement approach to system management and fulfilling state and federal reporting requirements. The applicant will assist BHA in the development of any training curricula or tools.
