Solicitation # RFP-26-0858AD-C
Snohomish County is soliciting proposals under RFP-26-0858AD-C for the procurement and renewal of Adobe software licenses. The scope of work includes enterprise subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro. The contract is established for an initial term of five years, with the County reserving the right to extend for additional five-year terms. Proposers must provide a signed submittal packet including product specifications, qualifications, and a conflict of interest disclosure. The County requires acceptance of its general terms and conditions and the submission of any applicable End User License Agreements. Payment is standardized at Net 30 days, though the County may utilize a VISA purchasing card and will consider prompt payment discounts that allow for a minimum of 20 days for payment. While Adobe brand names are specified, equal products that meet the same form, fit, function, and quality will be considered. All communications during the silent period must be directed to the Snohomish County Purchasing Division.
