The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to enter into a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with iNPUT-ACE for the procurement of Service Maintenance and Support for the iNPUT-ACE Standard Site License Package. This package consists of one FVA mobile license and five concurrent Lite Licenses designed to integrate with existing permanent licenses used by the Forensic Audio/Visual Unit. The acquisition is structured with a base year for the initial purchase and support, followed by three optional years for continued maintenance. Because iNPUT-ACE is the original manufacturer and the only provider capable of ensuring compatibility with the agency's current software infrastructure, the government is bypassing competitive quotations. The procurement falls under NAICS code 423430. This notice serves as a formal announcement of the intent to negotiate exclusively with the vendor to satisfy specific agency requirements.

***THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS*** The purpose of this synopsis is to announce that in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with iNPUT-ACE located at 105 W. Rolland Avenue, Spokane, WA 99218, to procure Service Maintenance and Support (SMS) of the iNPUT-ACE Standard Site License Package. The package includes 1 FVA mobile license and 5 concurrent Lite Licenses. The Licenses in the package will work in conjunction with the two permanent licenses currently utilized by the Forensic Audio/Visual Unit. The Base Year would include the purchase of the iNPUT-ACE Standard Site License Package and one year of Service Maintenance and Support (SMS). The three option years would include the continual SMS of the licenses included in package if exercised. In accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1),The Government intends to negotiate solely with iNPUT-ACE as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements.
