THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The Regional Contracting Office – Parris Island is seeking vendors who can provide the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC), Quantico, VA, with professional data port testing and assessment services. The intent of the Government is to identify vendors capable of supporting the requirements outlined below. All feedback and information received is for Market Research Purposes Only.

Requirement Overview
The Marine Corps Recruiting Command maintains approximately 870 data drop ports throughout the facility. MCRC has identified that a significant number of these ports may be non-operational, improperly labeled, damaged, or otherwise deficient.
The Government is seeking qualified vendors capable of performing a comprehensive assessment and testing of all identified data drop ports to determine operational status, identify deficiencies, verify labeling accuracy, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, testing devices, materials, and expertise necessary to perform comprehensive testing and assessment of approximately 870 data drop ports.
- Verify operational status and connectivity of each data port.
- Identify and document damaged, inactive, improperly terminated, mislabeled, or otherwise deficient ports.
- Verify and document labeling accuracy for all tested ports.
- Provide detailed reporting of findings, deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coordinate all work with Government personnel to minimize disruption to daily operations.
