THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) intends to negotiate with RS Means Company, LLC, 1099 Hingham Street, Suite 201, Rockland, MA 02370 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR part 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source for four quarters worth of data - cost updates to insure the continuous calculation of the Producer Price Indexes (PPIs) for - Industrial Building Construction Cycle C. The PPI program requires services and data to aid in the continuous publication of the existing - Industrial Building Construction Cycle C models. This requirement is for four quarters) worth of data - cost updates to insure the continuous calculation of the Producer Price Indexes (PPIs) for - Industrial Building Construction Cycle C If the Government is not able to obtain an additional year's worth of data for this Cycle C effort, BLS runs the risk of a lapse in receiving data for a mission critical effort, which would negatively impact, the calculation and release of Industrial Building Construction Cycle C's this industry index. The Government intends to award this sole source requirement under the procedures of FAR parts 12 and 13. NAICS code: 541990-All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services $16.5 Million This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
