THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number M0023626QR014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 12.201-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and DFARS Publication 20251110.
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for a qualified contractor to conduct a comprehensive on-site assessment for the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) to determine the operational status of 870 data drop ports, identify deficiencies, and provide professional recommendations for corrective action.
This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside with the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210 with a size standard of $19M.

A site visit has been scheduled to be at Marsh Center 3280 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-5103 on 3 June 2026 at 09:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). All vendors must attend the site visit to be awarded the contract

Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their proposals in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in SF1449. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. In accordance with FAR 12.203(a), the government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations based on price and other non-price factors. If more than one quotation is received, quotations shall be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price. Evaluations will commence with the lowest priced quotation. Evaluations will continue until at least two competing quotations are found to be acceptable and have acceptable past performance. The Government will conduct a comparative assessment of the two competing quotations that are found to be acceptable and have acceptable past performance. The award will be made to the offeror whose quote is determined to have both a fair & reasonable price and to be the most advantageous to the Government.
