Davis County (‘the County”) desires to obtain proposals from an experienced and qualified custodial contractor (the “Vendor”). It is the intention of the County to contract with a qualified Vendor to clean the County facilities as indicated in Exhibit D for a five (5) year period with the option to renew for one additional five year term. The County performs high-level, quarterly, semiannual, and annual deep cleaning for its facilities using an in-house custodial team. The County is seeking a custodial contractor to complement this team by performing day-to-day basic custodial services identified in Exhibit C. The County furnishes and stocks all consumable products including paper products, soaps, trash liners, and other similar standard cleaning supplies in each facility’s custodial closet. The selected Vendor will provide all institutional and commercial-grade cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals. It is the contractor’s responsibility to furnish any additional necessary materials to maintain and service each facility effectively.
