Davis Diamond Dugout flooring

Texas A&M University Athletics Facilities Department is soliciting proposals under solicitation number TAMU-RFP-27-5121 for an experienced athletic flooring vendor to reconstruct the dugout floors at Davis Diamond in College Station, Texas. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to measure, provide, and install athletic dugout flooring. The projected execution of the agreement is November 2026, with payment terms set at 100 percent Net 30 upon the completion of installation, receipt of goods, invoice, or acceptance, whichever occurs last. Interested respondents must submit their proposals by October 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST. A complete submission must include a technical proposal, a list of references, a pricing form in Excel format, a signed Execution of Offer, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a sample insurance certificate. Additionally, all respondents are required to provide a completed and signed HUB Subcontracting Plan.
