The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires Day School Instruction for a student with severe behavioral and emotional deficiencies, for the Ft. Campbell School District. The contract type for this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: U009, Education Services. NAICS Code: 611110, Elementary and Secondary Schools. Small Business Size Standard: $7M. This is a Non-Competitive Contract Action: The intended source for this award is Centerstone of Tennessee, Inc., as market research has indicated that this company is the only source which provides the least restrictive environment required by IDEA within 20 miles of Fort Campbell, KY. See attached Justification and Approval. NOTE: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
