The facility, approximately 13,000 GSF, includes spaces for the Government Furnish, Government Installed (GFGI), mobile simulator, classrooms, administrative spaces for instructors and personnel, debriefing training spaces, and support spaces (including but not limited to electrical, fire protection, mechanical, storage, janitorial, supply, restrooms, and telecommunications spaces. The site work shall include sidewalks and landscaping. The new facility shall make use of existing parking areas.
