The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to make notice of a proposed contract action for a Design-Build/ Design Bid-Build Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multi Award Construction Contract (MACC) For Large General Construction Projects Primarily In The Hampton Roads Area Of Responsibility (HR AOR), Virginia. This solicitation is being advertised as "Unrestricted" for full and open competition.
