The Project involves the construction of an automated approximately 5,111-square-foot, 36 foot and eight inch high car wash facility to be equipped with standard car wash equipment. The Project also includes an approximately 1,178-squarefoot pay station shade structure to provide shelter for incoming customers and a 988-square-foot, two-story trash enclosure. The Project will provide a total of 32 vehicle vacuum stalls and four bicycle parking spaces. Although the Project would operate as an automated car wash facility, approximately two to five employees per shift would supervise the facility to provide customer service and support.
