SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD - International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation (U.S. Federal/Global Government Industry Division), Bethesda, MD is being competitively awarded a Cost-plus-award-fee Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract, H95001-10-D-0002 with a price ceiling of $50,000,000.
