The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Base Operational Contracting Division (PZIOA) at Eglin AFB, FL, is conducting market research to identify capable commercial sources, specifically small businesses (including 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, and SDVOSB), to perform a one-time commercial floor and restroom deep cleaning service for Building 100.


This notice is issued under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 10 (Market Research) and RFO Part 12 (Commercial Acquisitions). This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation package exists at this time.


2.0 SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS


The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision required to complete a comprehensive deep clean of Building 100 in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
