The Department of War Military Health System is responsible for ensuring that all medical personnel are trained and have the clinical proficiency needed for large-scale combat operations, individually, and as teams. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. - 4022, the Defense Health Agency intends to award an Other Transaction Agreement to partner with commercial medical providers to enhance the readiness of Military Health System. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 4022(f)(2), a follow-on production contract or transaction may be awarded following the prototype if the participants in the transaction successfully complete the prototype. See attached Call for Solutions in this notice for more details. If you have any questions pertaining to this Call for Solutions, please contact J.R. Oliver at j.r.oliver.civ@health.mil.
