The Guantanamo Bay (GTMO) Submarine Fiber Optic Cable (SFOC) and Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) Special Projects Support contract provides services which provide, develop, implement the processes, procedures, and methods of procedures (MOP), and operations and sustainment of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) owned and operated SFOC systems and related terrestrial infrastructure. This contract also provides specialized expertise and support services for planning, study, design, and development of DISA proposed SFOC and DODIN terrestrial infrastructure systems. This work includes complex special studies, assessments, surveys, cost estimation, acquisition planning, and implementation in support for Agency mission requirements.
