Del Rosa Drive Sidewalk_H15284

The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works is implementing the Del Rosa Drive Sidewalk project (H15284), a road improvement initiative located on the west side of Del Rosa Drive between Pacific Street and south of the San Bernardino County Flood Control Del Rosa Channel. The scope of work includes the installation of new sidewalks and the reconstruction of American with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps and driveways. Additional activities involve tree stump removal as needed, the temporary reset of gates and fences, and the relocation of road signs and mailboxes. The project will utilize equipment such as concrete mixers, jackhammers, loading trucks, asphalt pavers, rollers, and excavators. The project is anticipated to be completed within 45 working days and is classified as exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as a Class 1 and Class 2 Categorical Exemption for routine maintenance and facility reconstruction. Key constraints include no requirement for utility relocation, no planned nighttime construction or traffic detours, and no import or export of materials or debris.
