Dell’Orto Timber Harvesting Plan 4-25-00110-CAL (Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. CAL-65645-R2)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has authorized a streambed alteration agreement for Tim Tate under EPIMS Notification No. CAL-65645-R2, permitting limited instream activities associated with the Dell’Orto Timber Harvesting Plan 4-25-00110-CAL. The authorized work includes the potential installation of up to eleven temporary stream crossings, all located at existing crossing points, along with the excavation of catch basins for drafting water from streams. These activities are tied to seasonal snowmelt flows, which naturally cease after the melt period, leaving channels dry for much of the year. All work is designed to minimize long-term disturbance, with no new crossing sites created and only temporary modifications allowed. The project is subject to conditions outlined in the associated Timber Harvesting Plan and is overseen by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, with environmental compliance managed by the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
