The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number CAL-65645-R2 for project applicant Tim Tate. This agreement is part of the Dell'Oro Timber Harvesting Plan 4-25-00110-CAL, with the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection serving as the lead agency. The project is located in Calaveras County within the CALWATER watersheds of Big Meadows, Upper Blue Creek, and their connecting tributaries, specifically covering portions of Township 7, Range 17 and Township 7, Range 16. The scope of work is limited to the potential installation of up to eleven temporary stream crossings at existing sites, depending on the presence of flowing water, as well as the excavation of catch basins and associated water drafting activities.
