Scope: Rancho California Water District ("District") is soliciting bids from qualified and properly licensed contractors to provide demolition, removal, hauling, disposal, and related site cleanup services at the District's Sundance Property located at 43425 Sage Road, Aguanga, California.The property contains twenty-five (25) numbered structures identified in the Aerial View Map and associated environmental inspection reports incorporated into this RFB. The Work includes demolition and removal of twenty-one (21) designated structures and associated demolition debris.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, permits, regulatory notifications, fees, registrations, and other materials and services necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable federal, State, and local requirements.
