DEMOLITION OF 1611 NORTHGATE DRIVE

The City of Montgomery, Alabama, is soliciting sealed bids for RAA Project #25-011, which involves the complete demolition and removal of all existing structures, slabs, site improvements, and utilities at 1611 Northgate Drive. The selected contractor is responsible for the safe termination, removal, or capping of all utility connections, as well as the implementation of fencing, barricades, erosion control, and dust control to protect adjacent properties.
