The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is soliciting bids for contract C5613351-D to provide concrete debris removal and slope stabilization services at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, California. The project involves clearing and grubbing a top layer of crushed concrete debris, re-grading approximately 10,000 cubic yards of soil to stabilize slopes against erosion and slide risks, and implementing erosion control measures such as hydroseeding and the installation of fiber rolls. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation, with compensation based on the Public Works Rate Sheet. Performance is subject to strict quality standards, including specific grade tolerances and material specifications, with oversight from a CDCR Representative and a Geotechnical Engineer. Bidders must provide a bid security of at least 10 percent of the base bid and are required to furnish performance and payment bonds upon award. Compliance with California prevailing wage laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the project's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is mandatory.
