This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00077, for commercial dental operatory equipment prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 and FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested in response to this notice, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


This solicitation is being conducted pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C § 47, and is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with HHSAR Subpart 326.6.


If the Government does not receive an acceptable quotation from an eligible ISBEE, the Government may evaluate quotations and consider award under the following cascading set-aside tiers: 
•    Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE)
•    Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
•    HUBZone Small Business
•    Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)
•    All Other Small Business Concerns


This solicitation incorporates by reference the provisions and clauses in effect through the applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR), and applicable class deviations identified in this solicitation. FAC No. 2026-01

•    Volume III – Price (Attachment 2 – Pricing Schedule)
•    Completed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation, if applicable
•    Signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, Request for Quotations, Signed amendments (if applicable).
