SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DOL131RI20715 COORDINATE, FURNISH & INSTALL DENTAL EQUIPMENT FOR 2 NEW JOB CORPS CENTERS PRESENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2)(i) this notice is issued for the purpose of market research. Market research is being conducted to determine if there are potential BUSINESSES with the capabilities and experience to perform the required work. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). THE RFP RESULTING FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE MAY BE ISSUED SEPARATELY AND ADVERTISED ON THE Federal Business Opportunities Website (https://www.fbo.gov). The information received will be used to determine whether to issue the proposed solicitation as a competitive set-aside or full and open competition (unrestricted). PROJECT INFORMATION: The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Job Corps, seeks the services of a qualified business to coordinate, furnish and install all required dental equipment for two (2) new Job Corps Centers presently under construction (New Hampshire Job Corps Center in Manchester, New Hampshire and Wind River Job Corps Center in Riverton, WY). The Government is willing to do multiple awards. The project involves coordination with the Project Team, layout and/or floor template, and installation/verification of the dental equipment. WHO MAY RESPOND: Interest in this Sources Sought announcement is open to all business contractors, relative to the primary NAICS 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. As specified within FAR 4.1102, all interested business General Construction firms shall be registered via the System for Award Management (SAM) internet site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to award. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested businesses shall include within their Capabilities Statement package (WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED 5 PAGES), the following information concerning their firm but not limited to: their company's name, DUNS number, business address, telephone number(s), and business type/status. Capability responses should include experience in the logistics in working with a Project Team, construction schedule, and budget. Each project listed is to include: a. A brief scope (description) of the project. b. The size of the project Example: A dentistry building/center/office/suite i.e. a pediatric dental or adult dental building to include lab(s), etc.) c. The dollar value of the project. Interested businesses must identify their preference in performing work at one or both, to include the specific Job Corps Center(s).
