Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), First Nation, and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB), Ontario Region, requires up to two contractors to provide Dental Hygienists in support of NIHB dental services in Sioux Lookout and in isolated and semi-isolated First Nation communities on an “as and when requested” basis.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to 12 months from contract award inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 3 additional 1 year period(s) under the same conditions. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
