NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a Combined Solicitation/Synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with information included in this notice. This Solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award on a SOLE SOURCE Basis to ANTEK DENTAL LAB, 2520 Perry Ave STE B, Bremerton WA. IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the sole source is based on the fact that Antek Dental is the only source with the ability to meet the Government requirements to provide both urgent and quick turnaround time. This will be a bridge contract (6 months) to support current requirement while Naval Medical Logistics Command solicits a follow-on requirement for a base period, plus four one-year period contract. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. If any vendor believes that they can provide this requirement, please email challenge statement to Rebecca Smith @ rebecca.smith@med.navy.mil or Cynthia Carlson @ cynthia.carlson@med.navy.mil . No phone calls will be accepted. Closing date for challenges is no later than 3:00pm PST on 14 November 2014
