Deployment of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Accessible Locations

The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin. (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”) is seeking qualified entities (“Partners/Contractors”) to deploy public, as well as private and restrictive accessible electric vehicle charging infrastructures along designated alternative fuel corridors or in certain other locations within communities that will be mostly accessible to all drivers of electric vehicles. Locations will be determined on a project-by-project basis. Private partners will be responsible for the design, acquisition, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of the charging stations. The selected Partners will be required to implement a program which would enable the public and/or restrictive public access to utilize electric vehicle charging stations. Services would be provided on a 24-hour, 365 days a year (full-time) basis with sufficient resources and personnel to successfully support and maintain the program. Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a “SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT” before 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, October 28, 2024. Proposals received after this time may not be considered.The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding.
