Banking Services
Solicitation # RFP 2027-003
The City of Española, New Mexico, is soliciting proposals under RFP 2027-003 for comprehensive banking services to manage approximately sixteen bank accounts. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City's Procurement Portal by 3:00 PM local time on November 13, 2026. Submissions are limited to thirty pages and must include a separate pricing proposal, a W-9, and a Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form.
