The current ceiling amount is anticipated to be exhausted by May 2011. The increased ceiling amount will support services for a period of nine (9) months. This action is pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-5(a)(i). All firms believing they can provide these services may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than fifteen days (15) after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the services provided and without causing an interruption of these critical services. The firms response should also illustrate how it can overcome the start-up costs necessary to assume this effort in the short period of performance that this synopsis represents. The contract was awarded pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)) and FAR 19.805. The NAICS code is 336413 and the FSC/PSC code is J015.
