The government is considering adding two additional operating locations into the scope of DOCAT 5. These are Tinker AFB (OK), and Robins AFB (GA). Expected usage by organizations at these locations is likely to be around 8-10% of total contract manning, mostly at Robbins. Services at the following locations will remain: Hill AFB (UT), Davis-Monthan AFB (AZ), Randolph AFB (TX), Malmstrom AFB (MT), Minot AFB (ND), FE Warren AFB (WY), and Vandenberg AFB (CA). Historical usage of the program and the projected usage by each of these locations indicates that about 57% of total contract manning positions can be expected for Davis-Monthan, 33% for Hill AFB, and 10% for Randolph. Though they are included within the scope of the contract, none of the other operating locations have used the contract, and the program office does not anticipate this changing. They do, however, need to remain within the scope of the contract. Expected usage by Tinker and Robins is likely to be around 8-10% of total contract manning, mostly at Robbins. All interested parties are required to submit feedback on DOCAT5 Question and Answer Matrix dated 13 June 2023. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please see the attached DOCAT5 Industry Day slides and DOCAT5 Question and Answer Matrix dated 10 Aug 2022. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only.
