BPA Call Order Exceeding $20,000 Synopsis Requisition 1169400. The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the Region 6 Road and Bridge Construction BPA. The project to be completed is the  Deschutes NF, Bend Pine Administration Site (BPAS) Roadway & Parking Lot Improvements and is located in Deschutes County OR. The Region 6 Road and Bridge Construction BPA 1240BH23Q0001, is a Northwest Regional BPA that consists of a large variety of work involving road and bridge construction. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, testing, and services necessary to sweep three parking lots (two front and one rear) and the entrance roadway; sealing minor cracks in asphalt; saw cutting and removing major cracks in asphalt; and repaving saw cut areas with asphalt patching. Work also includes applying a chip seal base item and optional chip seal items in the rear parking lot, applying a fog seal coat to all parking lots and the entrance roadway, and repainting all existing pavement markings.


This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA.  We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.


This is not a solicitation. This notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Region 6 Road and Bridge Construction Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS. There are currently 51 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
