DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct the new accommodations buildings at 22 Wing CFB North Bay, Ontario following a modified design-build approach. The project will deliver a total of 192 rooms in accordance with the DND Living Accommodations, through the construction of two buildings at two locations across 22 Wing CFB, North Bay. The scope of work will also include improvements to the existing utility and infrastructure services. Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $48,000,000. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
