DESIGN-BUILD (DB), P-1476U NEW FIRE APPARATUS BAY CHEATHAM ANNEX, NAVAL WEAPONS STATION YORKTOWN, VIRGINIA

This solicitation, N40085-26-R-0131, is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5 for the Design-Build of a new Fire Apparatus Bay at the Cheatham Annex of Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Virginia, restricted exclusively to holders of MACC contracts N4008524D0030-38 and N4008524D0069. The project encompasses the complete construction of the primary facility and supporting structures to the five-foot line outside the building, including environmental remediation of impacted soil containing PFAS, petroleum, and metals, as well as treatment of contaminated dewatering effluent. The base bid includes critical system specifications such as insulation, wind ratings, door controls that interface with fire station operations, and doors capable of accommodating a Quint 25 Fire Apparatus, while requiring full operational continuity of the existing CAD119 Fire Station throughout construction.
