NOTICE OF AWARD Contract GS-08P-14-JC-C-0013 was awarded under competitive procedures, after the exclusion of sources, as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-27. Two offerors submitted Phase II proposals. The basis of selection was that the proposal offered the best value to the Government. The work requirements include design, demolition, and tenant-finish comprising approximately 15,500 square feet on the second floor and approximately 11,400 square feet on third and fourth floors within the Fargo Federal Building/Post Office, 657 2nd Avenue North, Fargo, North Dakota. The second floor space will be utilized by the Department of Defense, Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) for processing military personnel. The third and fourth floor space will be for agencies displaced by the MEPS move to the second floor. This design-build construction project will be comprised of elements such as demolition, potential minor asbestos abatement, historical building considerations, and general interior tenant finish and other requirements as set forth in the scope of work for this Contract.
