The University of Toronto is seeking to shortlist up to three Design-Build (DB) teams for services related to the design and construction of the Field House at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). This RFSQ represents the first part of a two-stage selection process; shortlisted Proponents will be invited to submit a response to a subsequent RFP. As part of the Campus Master Plan, the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) is undertaking the development of an indoor Turf Field House adjacent to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre (TPASC). This world class multi-sport facility is designed to address the growing demand for indoor field programming, particularly during the long winter months, while supporting the increasing interest among students in both recreational and competitive sports. Beyond meeting athletic needs, the facility is envisioned as a hub for strengthening partnerships, fostering new collaborations within surrounding communities, and creating opportunities for experiential learning, mentorship, and student employment.
