This will be a combination purchase of 6 total computers. 5 that will act as desktop devices for users to use and one to act as a server type device running applications accessed by the users.



Requirements that apply to all 6 devices:


Must be manufactured by Dell


Must not contain any parts manufactured by or in the country of China
Must not contain Wi-Fi or Bluetooth


CPUs must not have vPro capabilities or branding. vPro is a technology built into the CPU for remote management.


Must have Trusted Platform Module (Discrete TPM Enabled)



Requirements that apply to 5 desktop style devices:
Must be desktop/tower form factor
Must have minimum CPU of Intel Core i7-14700K or higher
Must have minimum RAM of 32GB DDR5-5600 or higher
Must have minimum GPU of NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti or higher
Must be capable of holding an ADD ON LC fiber NIC in addition to the graphics card. IE enough PCIE spots with enough physical space for both.
Must have minimum of 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 or higher for main storage device.
