1. Description


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO 12.202(b). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the required items. This solicitation is conducted using simplified procedures under RFO 12.201-1.


This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS Code is 333924 (Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 900 employees.


Quotes are due 29 May 2026 by 10 AM EDT. Quotes shall be submitted via email and in accordance with 52.212-2, to the Contracting Officer Jeffrey Morris at jeffrey.s.morris.civ@socom.mil.  Quotes must include a completed Attachment 1 – Price Worksheet.
