Full Description
Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for the maintenance and repair of material handing vehicles at Submarine Development Squadron Five, Silverdale, Washington as a 100% total small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See the attached soliciation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.
In accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, quoter's proximity to Submarine Development Squadron Five (SDSF), 7111 Sealine Road, Silverdale, WA 98315 per section 2.2 of the PWS, quoter's preventive maintenance checklists per section 3.2 of the PWS, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
The Government anticipates an award resulting from this solicitation on or about two (2) weeks following the solicitation closing due date, inclusive of any solicitation amendment(s). POC for this action is Roger Bowers (roger.s.bowers.civ@us.navy.mil).
Per RFO 22.1002-1(f)(1)(i) vehicle maintenance services are exempted from the Service Contract Labor Standards statue.
The purpose of this amendment is to add RFO 52.222-52 (Exemption from Application of the Service Contract Labor
Standards to Contracts for Certain Services--Certification) and 52.222-53 (Exemption from Application of the Service Contract
Labor Standards to Contracts for Certain Services--Requirements), and to extend the response due date. See attached amendment 1.
