The U.S. Navy’s Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting maintenance and repair services for a fleet of up to nine material handling vehicles—five tractors and four trailers—at Submarine Development Squadron Five in Silverdale, Washington, under a 100 percent total small business set-aside. The contract is a firm-fixed-price service award expected to be issued approximately two weeks after the July 10, 2026, submission deadline, with performance commencing on August 3, 2026, and concluding on August 2, 2027. The scope includes scheduled preventative maintenance aligned with DOT inspection standards, unscheduled repairs, component replacements, and all associated labor and supplies, all while adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines and ensuring no disruption to base operations. Every vehicle part and component must be marked with a unique item identifier using a two-dimensional Data Matrix symbol per MIL-STD-130 and ISO/IEC 16022, with full traceability information encoded per Format Indicators 05, 06, or 12. Packaging and shipment must meet MIL-STD-129 requirements, and all work must be performed by certified technicians holding ASE, FMCSA, or EPA credentials with at least one year of relevant experience.
