PRESOLICITATION NOTICE:

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Irving, TX 75063, hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit for a DetectaChem Apex7 Spectrometer. The item will be procured through NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), Group C, as a total small business set-aside, on a brand-name-or-equal basis.
