McNamara Federal Building, Parking Garage, & Howard Street Parking Lot 477 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, MI 48226 Location 2: Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse 231 W. Lafayette Boulevard, Detroit, MI 48226 Location 3: U.S. Customs Cargo Inspection Facility (24/7 Operations) 2810 W. Fort Street, Detroit, MI 48216 (Includes Customs Cargo Inspection Building, Vehicle and Cargo Inspection System (VACIS), Broker's Building, USDA Canopy and Gantry Building) Location 4: Rosa Parks Federal Building & Garage 333 Mt. Elliott, Detroit, MI 48207 The NAICS Code for this procurement will be 561720, Janitorial Services, and the small business size standard is $22M. It is expected that the subject requirement will be a one-year base contract with four 1-year options.
