The Town of Halton Hills wishes to retain a professional consulting firm that will complete and provide a comprehensive Development Charges Background Study, Community Benefits Charges Strategy and related by-laws, and will conduct related Council and public consultations. It is anticipated that the Consultant will work closely with municipal staff to complete the DC study and CBC strategy (the studies) and bylaws All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
