Escambia County is requesting proposal for engineering services for the above referenced project. The scope of services will consist of the design of roadway and drainage improvements of Devine Farms Rd from 1275 ft. west of Stillwater Blvd to Highway 97. The services will be performed in conformance with Escambia County policies and in accordance as following. Escambia County currently has a project to replace the bridge and realign roadway bridge approach, this portion will be excluded from the proposed roadway design selected the Firm will coordinate the proposed roadway design with current design plans.
