Full Description

The Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA), CReATE DevSecOps Branch requesed a modification to a Task Order issued under the General Services Administration (GSA) with Clarity Innovations, Inc. The DevSecOps ecosystem includes integrating software tools into a resilient, secure, and reliable deployment capability, supporting cARMY Risk Management Framework (cRMF) continuously within the cloud. The purpose of this modification is to procure additional labor to execute the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements which was based on the Government's Statement of Objectives (SOO), due to an increase in the number of Government entities requesting DevSecOps support. The additional labor will support the backlog of customer tickets and customer onboarding to use the CReATE environment. Based on ECMA's requirements, Clarity needs additional resources to continue the intended level of contract support to maintain the Code Resource and Transformation Environment (CReATE). CReATE supports the Army by providing a continuous integration/ continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline for Army software product teams.
